AAIFA Builders is a residential and commercial construction company serving clients across Tamil Nadu. Their goal was to increase brand presence and generate high-quality construction leads within the state.

Objective

The primary objectives were to build strong brand recall across Tamil Nadu, reach people planning residential or commercial construction, generate qualified leads, and maximize results from the allocated ad budgets.

Campaign Strategy

To achieve these goals, two Meta Ad campaigns were deployed:

  • A Brand Awareness Campaign with a ₹5,000 budget
  • A Lead Generation Campaign with a ₹10,000 budget

Both campaigns used the same creative to maintain consistency, targeting different levels of customer intent.

Campaign 1: Brand Awareness (₹5,000)

The aim of this campaign was to introduce AAIFA Builders to a large Tamil Nadu audience and create strong visibility before pushing for leads.

Results (Ongoing):
The campaign reached 3,77,349 people and delivered 6,07,554 impressions, while maintaining a low cost per result of ₹3.62. Only ₹1,365.56 has been spent so far, and the campaign still has 21 days remaining, ensuring even more reach at an efficient cost.

Impact:
AAIFA Builders gained massive brand exposure across Tamil Nadu, significantly increasing awareness and audience familiarity.

Campaign 2: Lead Generation (₹10,000)

The goal of this campaign was to collect qualified leads from people planning home or commercial building projects.

Users were asked to fill in their name, email, and phone number through a Meta instant form.

Results (Completed in 7 Days):
The campaign generated 209 leads, with a cost per lead of ₹47.85. These leads consisted of highly interested individuals who provided complete contact information, allowing AAIFA Builders to follow up quickly.

Impact:
Within just one week, AAIFA Builders received a solid pipeline of high-intent leads from across Tamil Nadu.

Overall Performance Summary

Across both campaigns, the total ad spend was ₹11,365.47. Combined, the campaigns delivered nearly 9,85,901 impressions and reached 5,71,651 people. The lead generation effort brought in 209 high-quality leads, making the campaign highly cost-effective and performance-driven.
